Travelling with a friend, I had the inspiration to visit 5 particular places of interest to me in an ancient city.
Walking out into a street, my friend approached a local man to ask for directions to one of the places on my list. After a long period of back-and-forth, in Arabic, there was only confusion. And some frustration on my part.
Finally the torture ended. I asked my friend not to invite more poeple into the process. I aked if she would try something with me. We would navigate the streets and go to the places using only intuition. Well-intending people are not salways helpful. Why not relay on your self more and use the skills that are inherent?
It worked. We walked directly to a boutique hotel which was just a block or two away from the place we had been standing. I loved the immaculate design and I yearn to see more such beautiful architecture in the world.
We then found the famous local mosque where I playfully interacted with the local children to all of our delight. Proceeding on, the other places were easily found and experienced. The richness of this day, and the depth of feeling, were allowed with the utilizing of the spiritual muscle of intuition. Profound, but natural, we need to deliberately activate it until it is automatic due to the forgetfulness that has occurred in some cases, at some times.
People may argue for Google Maps and AI etc, but have those people really explored the power within, or will they? I imagine they will at some point. Are our yes wide-open and is our body full of the presence that we are, or can be?
I think we are at risk of becoming dull if we are too involved in externals aids and devices. I challenge my self, and i encourage my self, into more life from a point of power within. I can make use of external technologies when helpful, but not at the expense of the power within and not as a go-to or an addiction.
As humanity, there is much beauty, joy and creating happening. And there is much possible. We are full of creative energy. We must deliberately pull it through. We can organise ourt days in a myriad of ways. Lay the foundation and pour our souls out into it.
More life. More expression. More engagement. Collaborations. Each person can feel into what is possible and what makes sense to them. It may be simple, which is good. It may be basic, which is also good.
The quality of our light, in daily living, makes such an incredible difference.
