Shipping Policy
Great care is taken in ensuring the speedy and safe arrival of your new art piece after purchase. Items will be sent from Tokyo, Japan so please allow appropriate time for delivery.

If an item is confirmed lost by the delivery service, a full refund will be returned to the customer after processing with service. Email communications will be maintained.
If an item arrives damaged, and is not accepted by the customer and the delivery service takes responsibility and returns the product, a full refund will be given.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the current World Covid-19 issue and the effects it may have on transportation, please make contact with me before payment to ensure delivery to your location. I will investigate and confirm on the same day where possible.
