The art piece is sent via registered insured post. A lost item confirmation must be provided by the carrier. After that is confirmed, a full refund will be paid upon recipet of insurance or sooner if thast takes an unreasonable ammount of time. As agreed by both parties.

In the case of damaged goods, the product must be returned. Upon receipt a full refund will be paid.

It is recommended that the customer checks the product upon delivery and refuses it if damaged.

Unconfirmed lost itmes or damaged items will not be refunded.

All claims must be within one month of purchase date to be valid.

Original Paintings will be sent from Tokyo Japan where I currently reside. Deivery times will vary according to final desitination.
